Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of course review and approval process.
- Handling participants/learners (internal and external) queries and complaints by email as per SLAs and Quality framework.
- Effective customer service and relationship management across stakeholders.
- Meet established quality and service level agreements.
- Daily assignment and management of Learning Requests submitted.
- Review course submissions to ensure compliance with NASBA and KPMG CPE credit guidelines.
- Determine and administer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits in KPMG’s learning management system.
- Create and distribute certificates of attendance to KPMG clients when applicable.
- Communicate with participants and onshore team members/leadership team throughout all processes.
Educational Qualification
-Non-Tech Graduate: BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE, BCA
- Any non-technical graduation is eligible.
Experience Required
- 0 to less than 2 years of work experience in relevant domain
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Preferred exposure to international work setup
Mandatory Skills
- MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
- IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems
- Effective communication - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and investigative nature
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work
Preferred Skills
- Experience of working in an operational / contact center environment
- Experience of effective relationship management
- Experience in a financial environment
- Has worked successfully in a target driven environment
