Salary Break-up / Training Details

Training period up to *15 months* from date of joining.

- First 3 months: Classroom training with stipend *₹25,000 / month* as Intern

- Next 12 months: On-job training as Associate Engineer after successful completion of classroom training.

- Mechanical – Bangalore Location

- Aeronautical – Bangalore Location

- Metallurgical – Chennai Location

- Biochemistry / Bio-Technology – Bangalore Location

- Electrical Engineering – Vadodara and Mumbai

Final posting location will be solely based on business requirements and management discretion.

Eligibility Criteria – STUDENT HELP / Superset*

- 10th, 12th (+2 / Pre-University / Diploma) – 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each

- Graduation – 60% or 6.75 CGPA (latest available marks)

- *No backlogs* at time of application

- Must pass final year examination in first attempt

- Minimum hiring age 18 years at time of joining

- Bond: Selected students will have to sign undertaking / bond of  2Lakhs for 2 years & 9 months* (Mandatory)
